Insight Week
First and second year undergraduates
A short, immersive introduction to life at a boutique firm. You would sit alongside the team, see how we study markets and think about our own capital, and get a feel for the work. Ideal for students exploring a future in finance.
Internship
Financial Analyst Internship
Penultimate and final year students, recent graduates
A hands-on role supporting the team on research, financial modelling, and analysis. You would contribute to how we assess opportunities and learn the discipline behind our thinking. Suited to candidates with strong analytical instincts and attention to detail.
Leadership
Head of Portfolio
Experienced hire
A senior role helping shape how the firm positions its own portfolio. You would inform allocation, long-term positioning, and how this part of the firm develops. We would look for someone with deep experience and sound judgement across market cycles.
